The international event agency Julia Entertainment began its work in 2014 as Artist Booking and Distribution department of the Renaissance & Teatro sul Lago Group.
CEO and General Manager of the company is Julia Scitova, who graduated from RATI (Russian Academy of Theatre Arts) with a degree in Art Management Production and founded Renaissance Association in 2003 and Teatro Sul Lago Association in 2008.
Julia Entertainment is mainly active now in artist booking & promotion, event production, tour management & support.
Our area of activity includes performance planning, directing, booking and distribution of artistical performances of different genres worldwide. We offer our partners and artists our proven experience and know-how in tour coordination, as well as local support in promotion of concerts, festivals and corporate events.
Over 20 years of operation, we have gained solid experience in the show business market of Switzerland and Italy, and over the last 10 years our agency has significantly expanded its geography.
Our artists performed in different parts of the world: Italy, France, Baltic Countries, Russia, Israel, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, South Korea and other countries.
Through our collaboration more than 300 shows were held in more than 100 cities around the world, in which more than 700 artists performed.
Having representative offices in Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Russia we can offer promoters from all over the world different kind of support with multi language communication. However, art knows no boundaries and we continue to expand our network of international contacts and relationships in other geographic areas such as Latin America, Asia, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
BOOKING & PROMOTION
Since 2014 the agency has actively worked in the industry of booking artists from different countries. We completely work with the process of choosing the artists and performances for theatrical, concert and other entertaining events.
In recent years, entertainment family shows have been our specialization.
We carefully select artists for local promoters, production companies, repertoire theaters, festivals, corporate parties, holidays etc. Our task is not just to find an artist, but to organize and coordinate the whole tour process from the beginning to the end.
EVENT PRODUCTION
Our agency has experience in producing its own theater and circus performances.
Our recent production of 2024 is the family Сircus Show Aladdin.
In 2023 we produced the theatre play “Beethoven’s Soul” starring world famous Ornella Muti.
In the future we are planning other special dance and theatre projects with famous brands and popular performance styles.
EVENT ORGANIZATION & SUPPORT
Our agency provides best local support services through efficient communication and operation on a proven infrastructure basis.
We cooperate with local theatres and concert halls, festival and mass events venues. Our services include selection of a suitable venue for the event, support in organizing logistics, hospitality, ticketing, advertising and all other tour promotion processes.
